Remember when I told you March was going to be special? Well, here is our first big announcement and special offer of the month. Over the years, I’ve had the great honor of having wedding clients grow into family portrait clients; and now I’m taking it one step further and branching into a new service… […]

Its not like Vimeo is the new kid on the block, but it is the freshman of my social media repertoire. This snazzy app will allow me to share slideshows with you. Like this one from Erin and Matt’s awesome Syracuse wedding: Song “On the Sunny Side of the Street” by Louis Armstrong […]
I love how you captured the colors, the people and Armory Square. What great details they created!
This is such a unique, personal wedding! That dessert table is so special!
I’ve added a new “photo booth” service as an a la carte option for my 2010 clients. It’s brand new service, so we thought we would try it out last weekend. My niece invited her friends over to my house for a little pre-dance photo party, before they headed out for a great night at […]
Fun- Zany- Silly- slices of cool times! Like it: photo booth :-D
I love all of them! I was so glad we could use the photo booth, it was great fun, and they turned out so cute!
Aw! I love them all, but especially the first one!
What fun – and a cool way to get pictures of your guests (that show personality)!
Love the music Maggie picked out for her slideshow… I’ll have some more senior portrait fun on the blog this week. Yes, I’m talking to you Chloe. Anthony too. :) Tweet
After back to back trips to California and Boston, I’m finally catching up on my editing. Jamie (Helena’s pop) picked out this great indie rock song for their slideshow. The song is called “Ageless Beauty,” and I think it’s a pretty safe bet to say the title describes both of Jamie’s loves… Helena and her […]

Alice, this totally rocks! We absolutely love it – thank you!!
These photos really capture this beautiful family!
great pictures – i love how this was set up.

This father and daughter duo, are the best of the best! Okay, I confess I’m totally biased… you see, for the past four years, I’ve been lucky enough to call these two my family. There are not enough adjectives in the world to express how truly awesome Giovanni and Besso are! A few weeks ago, […]
Dudes. Loved it!!! These pictures are the best! And Besso – love the solemn expressions. They’re intense. :P
sweet! loved it…and how perfectly the music and slideshow goes together! i’m very impressed. :)
What a great video! And perfect music :)

Half of this group had to run at track meets the afternoon of their junior prom! I’m so impressed that not only did everyone get showered, but they looked AWESOME! The girls were gorgeous in their stunning gowns; and the guys were rocking the tuxedos! I had such a great time photographing these amazing teens! […]
Fantastic photos!
I’ve been juggling a few projects this past week. I’m happy to say, however, that I just finished Abby’s senior portrait slide show. There are so many great shots. Not hard to do, when you have the stunningly gorgeous Abby to work with. I probably squeezed a few too many images into the slides […]
[...] If that isn’t enough, last month I was so honored to be featured in a big ole article in the local paper called the Messenger. This wonderful article was written by the lovely Lori Ruhlman (hi Lori!). The article focuses on my big move from California to Central New York, and establishing my bi-coastal business from my new home. The portrait of me and my three dogs was photographed by the uber fab Justin and Mary Marantz. The article also published a couple of my photographs from a family portrait session and a senior portrait session…. [...]
Dude-luv it.
Wow, this is absolutely fantastic. I think pictures 16, 18 & 19 are my favorite, with Abby hiding behind her cello. ^_^
Love the ones taken around town too, gives it a character that you just wouldn’t get in a normal studio photo shoot.
I just watched Abby’s slide show. I am so proud to be able to say that she is my niece! And to say that I’ve met the photographer!
OK, I really have to get back to work now. But I can’t wait until I have time to look at more of your work. Work? Art is a more apt description!
Big Smiles,
~ Cheri
Abby – what a beautiful way to start a Friday morning. Everything is just lovely – how nice to have a senior session that involves more than a few head shots. I’m totally impressed – you will always treasure these pictures – especially after many years. The best thing though is that photos like these will always bring back the look and the feelings no matter the time. Great job, Alice.
I absolutely love this slide show and I loved shooting with you! Thanks so much Alice! =]
Is it my imagination or kids becoming more and more amazing with each new generation? Della is a such a smart, funny, and talented 14 year old! In addition to being an avid reader, young author, viola player, I think we can add modeling to her list of talents. Capturing these fun lifestyle portraits was […]
Great pictures Della and Alice! Della you are so wonderfully unique and fun and I just want to hang out with you. I loved that Vetiver song as well. Keep going!!!!
Alice, you know how to capture the beauty in people. Della looks very sweet and pretty. This is another example of your artistry and professional skill.
What a great photo shoot. The beautiful essence of Della was captured by Alice’s photographs. I think they are a great team – as model and photographer – they should be in Teen Vogue.
Thank you! She is much fun and beautiful too!
This rocks! What a great slide show – - and smashing photos of a smashing gal!!!! I’m totally impressed!

Beth - I wish so much that I had done this with my babies! Yes, we took photos, but we didn’t document the way we should have. And there are almost no pictures with all of us.
