There seems to be a growing number of “Abbys” in my life.  While in Los Angeles last week, I ran into the very sweet “Abby” that manages the apartment building I used to live in.  I was thrilled when she asked me to photograph her new rescue chihuahua named Nils!

Nils is adorable from every angle!  Cute from the front…

Which adds up to one good looking little man.  I just wonder what is he thinking?  Maybe something like “I feel so comfortable with Alice as my photographer.”  or “Life is gooooooood!”…..

Nils is not only handsome, but he is F-U-N and very popular too!  Here he is waiting for a man date with Elvis.  Yes he is so cool his BFF is named Elvis…

All of this running around and working it for the camera builds up an appetite.  So Nils took a little rawhide break…

There is so much going on in the world, even Nils has a hard time just taking in some R & R. Looks like he is keeping an eye on Abby, so she won’t get into any trouble…

Nils probably weighs all of 3 lbs.  Look how tiny his little head is…

I asked Abby to hold Nils like a baby; and I just love this image.  It’s so sweet…

While Nils is very much the little man, sometimes he is a “purse dog.”

At the end of the day, Nils is keeping it real like the Prince of Bel Air…
