I’m getting ready for a little Christmas to New Year’s vacation; but first, I just had to share this quick peek from Kate and Jason’s wedding.

Love you guys! xoxo

If you love wedding blogs like we do, you may have noticed we were recently featured on Sparkle & Hay… yippee!
Beth and I decided to do an inspirational shoot for couples who want to have a sweet intimate anniversary celebration.

We picked up this cake from Wegman’s and then commissioned one of our other sisters to make us the adorable cake topper. Be sure to check out her awesome paper crafting blog… Paper, Craft, Scissors.

Our friend Kate from Lovewell Design contributed the adorable burlap ribbon. Napkins from Dwell Studio. Plates are from the oh so fab Heath Ceramics. Vintage Rosewood forks.
Hope you find a little inspiration for celebrating any happy milestone coming up in your own life.

Another great idea! . That cake topper is adorable.
Like these smile inducing goslings, I’ll be rolling with my family and friends this weekend…
Unlike these darlings, however, I will be back to work on Monday November 28th.
Wishing you and yours a very Happy Thanksgiving!
Hey! I know those goslings!
Oh, goodness – what a cute pic! :) Hope you and your fam had a great Thanksgiving! Thanks for being my blog buddy! :)
Hard to pick just one from Sarah and Seth’s beautiful wedding day for their quick peek. Loving the lush green backdrop for this romantic kiss…

Ooh! Love how you framed this shot. So pretty! What a gorgeous couple, too.
I can’t wait to see more!
If you are entertaining this holiday season, you will definitely want to check out this post…
The amazing Cyd Converse of the popular wedding and event blog The Sweetest Occasion was commissioned by Bailey’s to be a contributor to the Friends of Bailey’s Friendsgiving entertaining guide. I was incredibly honored to collaborate with Cyd and photograph her Friendsgiving Party featuring her super delicious recipes using Bailey’s Irish Cream. You can check out all of Cyd’s awesome recipes and party ideas (along with my photos) on the Bailey’s Facebook Page.

You can also check out Cyd’s recent feature on her own blog here.

I’m getting excited for more holiday fun!
You’re the best, Alice! Could not have done this without you. I’ll be featuring all the details and recipes on The Sweetest Occasion over the next few weeks, too. xoxoxo
Just a quick (and may I say lovely) peek from Alyssa and Paul’s engagement session in Cleveland, Ohio….

Beyond beautiful!
I’m always so thrilled when my phone rings or mailbox bounces with news from the lovely Katie Lemos Brown of The Lovewell Post. Most recently Kate contacted me for an interview to discuss some tips for brides and grooms in preparation for engagement sessions. This is a subject that is near and dear to my heart, so I was thrilled to contribute. The article also features some of my favorite photos from Alexis and Rick’s destination engagement session in Skaneateles, NY (they live in Pittsburgh, PA, but love CNY). I think it so fantastic these two put so much thought into where they wanted to be photographed, and so honored they chose to work with me.
Please check out the full interview and photographs here.

In case you are not familiar, The Lovewell Post is a great resource for brides that are planning a wedding right here in beautiful Central New York.
Alice! Thank you so much for your support and contribution! I love hosting your work and words, always. So much love, Kate
Alice, you always have such great ideas!
