Although the sun was not up yet, when I saw the Washington Monument in the distance, I knew it was going to be a great day!

This is a three generational family that traveled from Tampa, Florida to witness this historic day together. I just love this photo!

I don’t know exactly how many people gathered in DC, but it was a lot! I’m exhausted, and it is hard for me to tap out profound words at this hour, but the day was awe-inspiring. People were dancing, singing, praying, crying, and we saw thousands of smiles!

I just love the Washington Monument!
